David Barnitt is the founder of Attract Capital, LLC and has a broad depth of experience in the corporate finance industry. Mr. Barnitt founded Attract Capital with a distinct focus on helping companies raise growth capital without giving up control. Under his leadership, Attract Capital has built a client base consisting of manufacturing, distribution, service and high technology businesses through the Eastern United States. Prior to forming Attract Capital, Mr. Barnitt was a private equity investor at Greyrock Capital Group. He has been involved in three start up companies as both a chief executive officer and a chief financial officer and started his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Barnitt earned an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University. He is a National TEC Speaker on raising private capital with the following program - "Investors are from Mars, Business Owners are from Venus". He is the producer of "Private Equity Growth Forums" throughout New York State which are designed to raise market awareness of private equity. He serves as a Board Member of several private companies who are also financing clients.
