Susan Franco is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience in a variety of corporate environments. She has worked at Attract Capital for the last 10 years guiding the administrative and operational development of the firm. Susan is a valuable contributor on the firm’s new client screening committee and provides keen insight on deal related issues.
She is also involved in quality control and management of the firm’s delivery process. Prior to joining Attract Capital, Susan was a consultant for several jewelry manufacturers who were seeking capital solutions. Prior to this she was an industry leading jewelry buyer at Macy’s and Caldor, where she managed jewelry purchasing operations with annual budgets in excess of $25 million. Susan is a graduate of Georgetown University.
