Attract Capital’s mission is to bring capital efficiency to the small business owner community and to give them the same access to capital enjoyed by much larger companies. We are passionate in our commitment to enlighten business owners as to growth capital options. We are continuously adding to our series of educational programs and developing new seminars to accomplish this goal. In 2006, we expanded our portfolio of programs to include: “Investors are from Mars, Business Owners are from Venus”, “Private Equity Primer”, “Accessing Mezzanine Growth Capital” and “Building your Business to Sell or Grow”. Throughout 2006, we produced and participated in a number of seminars featuring our programs throughout New York State. In March 2006, we held the 2nd Annual Albany Private Equity Growth Forum. This was a very successful event and featured a lively panel discussion. Our new programs were featured at seminars held at University of Buffalo, Center for Entrepreneural Leadership (“CEL”). As a National Speaker for Vistage International, Dave Barnitt was invited to present to a chapter of business owners in New York City. He was also selected as a keynote speaker for the Indoor Tanning Association’s World Summit held in Las Vegas. In addition to addressing the information needs of business owners, our seminars have been tailored to apply to other service professionals such as lawyers, accountants and bankers.
